Reading Task Week 18 - Doing

I found this weeks reading task to actually be enjoyable 😮who would have ever thought I would say that!! I think I enjoyed it because I knew what I was doing. The lecture slot really helped me this week to know exactly what to do and how to write a paragraph about each theme. I doubt my work a lot especially anything got to do with reading and writing so I think this week the feedback on my work really helped me. In total I had found 5 themes, 2 of which were similar enough but while writing the paragraphs I found a way to make them different.

I spent time reading the bits that I had highlighted and turned it into my own words and added different pieces of information too. I made sure to use a quote in each paragraph from the paper itself to back up the information. I also added some academic phrases from this website that Shaun provided to us this week, I found these phrases helped my writing sound more like a college student and less like a 4 year old!!! In total I have five paragraphs about five themes and I think these paragraphs sums up all of the information about each theme. I look forward to writing my intro and outro in week 8. I also look forward to next week as some of my peers will be reviewing my work, it's always good to get someones opinion and see if it makes sense to others.
